September Pirates
I should have posted this earlier; days ago, I celebrated International Talk Like a Pirate Day with this piece! Just a little illustration experiment I'm trying out here, as you can see it's quite different from the things I usually do.
Alrighty, time for more stuff.

Handtler Girl
I've got a gift for lovely cottonwings and here it is!
It was months... no, almost a year since I painted a proper digital illustration. I needed to get back on track and polish up, so I searched her gallery for inspiration...
...and I chose THIS!
Of course, this character belongs to her~

Bizarre and Beautiful I
Hey guys, I'm back. :D
As you know I'm a huge fan of Spore, and I have a library of creature designs in the Sporepedia. One day I was told that, if I could create designs in Spore, why not I put it back on digital canvas? So I did!
Trombebe is a strange hovering creature from a distant gas planet. Its huge eye also doubles as a solar cell, absorbing energy alongside eating the local gas jellyfishes. Trombebe has unique flaps at the side that captures a form of particle that allows it to flow around its habitat.
Three-eyed Jubbil is well-known as the pet for the Enamela race, who has a taste for the truly exotic. Some say Jubbil is a genetic experiment gone wrong, some say it is a work of art by Mother Nature. Whichever way it is, Jubbil is all but one thing: happy!
Flying through the same homeworld as the Trombebes are the nimble Franni. They feed on jellyflowers that are found on the lower layer of the planet's biospehere. Its long tongue reaches deep into the flower, where it easily draws the nectar out. Poachers often hunt Frannis for their wings, and sell them as restaurant decor.
Stay tune for more B&B!
